Tornfolio is under development and is not public yet.
The public download is hidden until testing is finished. Private testing will be shared through Discord when it is ready.

A Torn property helper that keeps your homes, tenants, dates, rent prices, and selling ideas in one clear place.
Access
Tornfolio uses its own TF pass. It is separate from Pit Guru, Custom Race Filter, and the other tools.
The Settings screen tells you whether the Torn user from your saved key has active Tornfolio access.
What this tool does
Leases
Shows homes, owners, renters, prices, dates, days left, status, and notes.
Fetching
Can fill your homes, the home you live in, and partner homes when Torn has that information available.
Suggestions
Can suggest whether your own homes may be better for rent or sale, with a rental length when useful.
Easy editing
Fetched values stay fixed, calculated values update on their own, and manual entries are kept simple.
Why it is still private
The tool is being cleaned up before release so it is easier to read, does not show duplicate homes, and does not jump around while you edit the ledger.
Price checks happen quietly in the background. You should see the useful answer, not a noisy wall of scan results.
